Building Permits for Lots 1 and 2 have been issued and Onni has commenced construction. A Building Permit for Lot 5 is under staff review.

On Friday April 20, 2012, the subdivision plan for the Evelyn lands, along with the supporting documents, was filed at the Land Title Office.
 
As a condition of approval of the subdivision plan, Onni paid to the District of West Vancouver $236,561.53 in fees and $2.350 million in community amenity charges. In addition, Onni provided a letter of credit for the remaining $1.5 million community amenity charge (payable in full by Dec. 31, 2013) and letters of credit of $6.678 million as security for site servicing. The primary documents associated with the subdivision are:
  1. The Section 219 Development Agreement Covenant 
  2. The Works and Services Agreement  
Onni Taylor Way Properties Ltd. (Onni) may now proceed with the servicing of the new lots. Building Permit Applications for Lots 1, 2, and 5 are now being processed.
 
Background
 
The Evelyn Drive Master Plan was approved by Council in July, 2007.  The CD1 zoning and Development Guidelines for the Evelyn Site had previously been approved by Council on April 2, 2007. On Monday April 7, 2008 Council approved the first four Development Permits for the Evelyn Project, subject to filing the subdivision plan to create the parcels.
