The Youth Centre is a dynamic, multi-purpose facility for youth, a place to socialize with friends in a relaxed, casual atmosphere. Drop-In activities include pool tables, foosball, ping pong, movies, video games, BBQs and concession. The drop-In is supervised at all times by a minimum of two trained staff members.

Special Events are planned regularly by youth in cooperation with staff, such as Youth Band Nights and Open Mic Nights, Poetry Slam Contests, or Movie and Discussion Events.

Outdoor Experiential Education Programs are also offered throughout the year, such as camping, hiking, surf trips, and most notably, the 10 day Bowron Lakes Canoe Odyssey.

Day out-trips are a youth centre favourite  -head off on a skate or snow boarding day trip, come mountain biking, play ultimate frisbee or beach volleyball with us.

Youth Driven Projects foster personal growth and community well-being. The Youth centre staff support many opportunities for youth to volunteer with young children, senior citizens, or with homeless individuals in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. We also encourage youth to attend youth conferences throughout the province, in order to develop leadership skills and build areas of special interest.
