Sign Permits

Permits are required for all signs and must be obtained before a sign can be placed, erected or altered. The regulations in the Sign Bylaw (PDF 282 KB) encourage aesthetically pleasing and harmonious streetscapes throughout the community. They minimize the possibility of signs being erected that could be a hazard to life or property, or could create a traffic hazard.
