Metered Utility Statements
Metered Utility Statements include charges for water, sewer, garbage, and recycling. These are sent out quarterly as outlined in the chart below. There is a ten percent discount if payment is received on or before the due date. Various payment options are available to you, including the Utility Auto-Debit Plan.
Property owners are responsible for payment of utility bills whether or not a utility bill is received. If you do not receive your utility bill, contact the Finance Department at 604-921-2166. If your mailing address has changed, a Change of Mailing Address must be submitted in writing. If you have sold your property, your solicitor may wish to ask for a Special Meter Reading Request.
