The Fall 2012 / Winter 2013 is now online here. You will be able to pick up your copy starting August 8 at any of these locations.

Make sure you are aware of all of the changes to registration:

Available online now, and at various locations across the North Shore on August 8, you don’t have many more sleeps left until registration day on August 15.  Aquatics Registration begins on September 7.

Please note that a West Vancouver Community Centres Society membership ($5 for a family membership; $3 for an individual) is required for registering in West Vancouver Community Centre and Aquatic Centre programs, as well as purchasing WAVE and Spirit passes. To avoid delays, renew your Society membership prior to general registration day on August 15 and aquatic registration day on September 7. In order to complete your registration process, your membership must be active both on registration day and on the first day of your program.

Priority registration begins at 6 a.m. for West Vancouver residents; everyone is welcome to register starting at 8 a.m. on August 15. Priority registration does not apply to Seniors' Activity Centre programming.

In response to community feedback, aquatics will have its own registration dates effective for the Fall 2012/Winter 2013 season. Aquatics registration dates have been selected to complement completion dates of swimming lesson sets.

  • Registrants will be aware of their lesson status going into registration day
  • Prerequisites will be updated in the registration system.
  • This will ensure a more efficient and accurate registration process.

Please Note: Priority registration will apply to aquatics registration.

Aquatics Registration dates for Fall 2012 / Winter 2013 are as follows:

  • Fall: Friday, September 7, 2012
  • Winter: Friday, December 21, 2012

This registration change applies to all Aquatic-based lessons and programs:

  • Swimming lessons
  • Masters swim
  • Aquatic training and leadership courses
  • Aquatic fitness programs
  • Private aquatic lessons
