Purpose
The District of West Vancouver is developing a new website to better serve the community and has appointed a Community Website Working Group to provide insights and input into how the new website can be developed in terms of navigation, design preferences, usability and testing. the Development Group members will bring the perspectives of seniors, families, youth, and business to the table.
Duties
The working group will meet approximately once a month to provide input on the information architecture and to test website usability.
Term
The term of this development group is anticipated to be between October 2012 and June 2013.

The third meeting included a presentation from Open Road to review the results of the Task Testing, and to brainstorm solutions around the problem areas that were identified.
