Eagle Island Operational Study
In 2008, the District began work on a twenty-year operational plan for Eagle Island intended to integrate the demand for reliable transportation and quality of life; capital and operational costs; and physical environment.

As per the direction of Council at the October 27, 2008 Council Meeting, a residential parking improvement was completed in the fall of 2009.
