What types of programs and services do you believe would improve choice and access for diverse age, income and cultural groups?

The Community Grants - North Shore Social Services Review Working Group’s vision statement was to “Advance community connections and well being in West Vancouver through leadership and innovation in social responsibility”.  What does that mean to you?
