   From 1 am until about 3 am this morning, October 25, the air around 26th and Marine Drive was stinky, foul, with dense smoke outside.

Adverse effects: stinging eyes, headaches, difficulty breathing, coughing.

Anyone witnessing call 921-1293. Don't call GVRD, bylaw department, or West Van City Hall - they will do NOTHING because there are no laws or bylaws against the burning of firewood in old fashioned open fireplaces as an alternative source of heating. The only way to deal with this kind of situation is a civil suit, because our mayor and council refuse to address this issue.

	From 10:00 pm last night to 1 am, November 6, the air around 26th and Marine Drive, West Vancouver, was stinky, foul, and laden with heavy particulate matter. If you were affected by this health hazard, please call your local authorities to complain. "If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem."
