West Vancouver Community Discussion Forums: DRAFT Vision and Mission (Introduction)

   Throughout the spring and early summer public consultation concluded with the Strategic Planning Working Group considering all the input and crafting the Draft Vision and Mission, which was presented to Council on July 27th. 

These high level statements will guide the approach and focus of the organization for several years - the next stage will be to identify the strategic initiatives and create a corporate plan which departmental plans will feed into.

We welcome your thoughts on this draft, comments will be considered by the Working Group and presented in early fall.
