Vinson House

Exterior of house with people on porch

1425 Gordon Avenue

The Vinson House has heritage value for its architecture, its age, the development pattern it illustrates in Ambleside, and the significance of its original owner, Reeve Valient Vincent. The home is an excellent, very early, and unusually intact example of the Craftsman style and it provides a valuable link with the early architecture and the history of West Vancouver.

In June 2016 the building was designated as a Municipally protected resource.
