2833 Chippendale Road
The District has received a preliminary development application. As proposed, the development would allow for a 12-unit cluster housing (townhouse) project at 2833 Chippendale Road. The site is located with Rodgers Creek Development Area 3 East; accordingly, the proposal would require approval of an OCP amendment, rezoning and associated development permit.
Prior to submission of a formal application, the applicant has scheduled a public information meeting on December 17, 2019, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at West Vancouver Memorial Library, Welsh Hall, 1950 Marine Drive.
