6458 Bruce Street (duplex)

An amended development permit application has been received for a two-storey plus basement duplex with secondary suites at 6458 Bruce Street (currently the site is under construction).

The amended development permit application includes proposed variances to allow for enhanced livability of the basement secondary suites.

The proposal includes:

  • 4 residential units including 2 basement suites
  • sunken patios for the secondary basement suites
  • 6 vehicle parking spots including 2 parking spots in an enclosed garage and 4 open parking spots accessed via the rear lane
  • variances to accommodate enhanced secondary suites with additional interior basement space and sunken patios (interior and patio spaces would not be visible above grade level)
