Hewitt House (3321 Radcliffe Avenue)

The District has received an application for a Heritage Revitalization Agreement (HRA) for 3321 Radcliffe Avenue (Hewitt House). If approved by Council, the HRA would:

  • maintain and protect the existing residence with heritage values
  • build an additional residence on the northern portion of the site
  • subdivide the site into two separate lots with access to the new residence/lot from Marine Drive

District of West Vancouver Council provided first reading of the associated Heritage Revitalization Agreement and Heritage Designation bylaws on June 24, 2019. A public hearing is scheduled to be held on July 15, 2019, at 5 p.m. Members of Council will be present at the public hearing. Please attend the public hearing if you wish to provide input on the proposal.
