The District hosted a Community Consultation Meeting on the proposed development on April 22, 2015. The next steps are to report to Council on the feedback from the consultations. Council will then direct the next steps for consideration of the proposal. A meeting date for Council direction has not yet been finalized.

April 2015

Discussion is warranted to determine if a building beyond five storeys is appropriate, and if the amount of public parking (15 spaces) as part of a mixed-use building proposed justifies an amendment to the OCP. Please join us at a community consultation meeting to find out more and share your input, and/or complete the online survey.
