March 2022 update
At the March 28, 2022, Regular Council meeting, Council approved Development Variance Permit No. 21-074 for 1325 25th Street.
May 2021 update
The applicant has submitted an application for a development variance permit to retroactively allow for an existing accessory building to remain in its current location. The proposal required zoning variances to the west and north side yards to allow the existing accessory building to be located closer to the west and north property lines. The zoning variances vary the north side yard from 1.52 m to 1.08 m and the west side yard from 1.52 m to 0.18 m.
