January 2020 update
Following public notification of this duplex proposal, the Director of Planning and Development Services approved this development permit on January 2, 2020.
A development permit application is for a two-storey plus basement duplex under the existing RD-1 zoning. The proposal includes two residential units and four parking spaces.
The proposal was reviewed and supported by the Design Review Committee (DRC) in July 2018. The applicant revised their plans to respond to comments received by the DRC.
