On May 6, 2013 Council approved a Development Variance Permit for a new house at 2372 Bellevue Avenue. A building permit has been issued for the approved plans.
The Site
The site is a narrow lot bounded by Bellevue Avenue and the railway line. A new building will require a variance as there is no practical building envelope due to overlapping yard setbacks.
