Following neighbourhood notification as per the Development Procedures Bylaw, the Director approved the proposed minor changes to the previously-approved Detached Secondary Suite (DSS) development permit at 2950 Rosebery Avenue.

The owner proposes minor changes to the approved Detached Secondary Suite (DSS) development permit to allow for a coach house at 2950 Rosebery Avenue. 

The owner wishes to change the architectural expression of the coach house in order to accommodate an improved interior layout and to create a design that compliments the existing single family dwelling on the property. As the building is under construction, the location, floor area, and footprint of the coach house will not change and it will still be a two-storey building. The coach house complies with the zoning bylaw and no variances are proposed. There are no changes to the approved landscaping or access.

The Director of Planning and Development Services will consider the proposed changes following a two-week notification period for residents to provide written comments. Please submit your comments via email, mail, or delivery to municipal hall no later than 4:30 p.m. on December 15, 2022 in order to make them available to the Director for his consideration.
