The District has received a development permit application for renovation and expansion of 315 Klahanie Court.
As proposed, the development permit would allow Evergreen Squash Club to renovate and expand the existing squash club located within Klahanie Park.
The improvements include an additional singles court, one doubles court and reconfiguration of interior squash club facilities to improve usability.
The proposed squash club renovation/expansion was considered by the Design Review Committee on December 5, 2019.
In March 2020, District servicing and design comments were provided to the applicant and staff are awaiting a final design package prior to advancement of the proposal.
Council will eventually consider the development permit on a date to be determined. Consideration of the development permit will require further public consultation.
