On September 24, 2018 the Director of Planning and Development Services approved a Temporary Use Permit to authorize the subdivision of the property into two lots.
The permit will allow the existing dwelling and garage to remain for a period up to three years to allow the owner to explore heritage conservation options without demolishing the heritage house, designed by Ron Thom.
