September 2021 update

As part of the Horseshoe Bay Park Revitalization Plan, a new public washroom building is proposed at 6409 Bay Street. To accommodate a reduced front setback for the washroom along Bay Street, a Development Variance Permit is proposed.

The proposed DVP is listed as Item 10.3 on the agenda for the September 27, 2021 Council meeting. Should Council provide consent for the proposed DVP, a date will be set for consideration at a future Council meeting.
