The District received a development application to provide a six-storey rental apartment building with a rooftop outdoor amenity level on the subject site. The development will include 201 "market rental" units with a total of 50 underground parking stalls.
Council initially considered the proposal on November 21, 2022, and held a Public Hearing on March 6, 2023.
Council provided 2nd and 3rd reading to the applicable bylaws on March 27, 2023 and approved the bylaws (and associated Development Permit 21-185) on July 24, 2023.
