District of West Vancouver Council approved Development Variance Permit 19-042 on July 12, 2021. Approval of the development variance permit (DVP) will facilitate the completion of the single-family dwelling at 8440 Citrus Wynd. The DVP involved numerous variances (see staff report below) which were attributable to already built features on the site.
