A Heritage Alteration Permit was approved on December 12, 2012, after the LCAC reviewed the proposal on November 28, 2012, where it was given a recommendation of support. A building permit application is currently under review.
The proposal
The property owner has proposed additions and alterations to the existing house. They are intended to be in keeping with the existing architecture and within the existing footprint. A rear yard variance is required to enclose an existing deck.
