Heritage Alteration Permit - Approved Applications

The District has reviewed and approved two minor window changes to the approved Heritage Alteration Permit. The property owners requested to install non-opening windows in the garage and entrance foyer, rather than opening. The window changes do not vary or change the intent of the approved Heritage Alteration Permit.

An amended Heritage Alteration Permit was approved on December 3, 2012 after the LCAC reviewed the proposed changes on November 28, 2012, where it was given a recommendation of support. A building permit has been issued and construction is underway. The property owners anticipate that construction should be completed in approximately 6 to 7 months.
