The District received a preliminary proposal for 52 townhouses with underground parking at 695 Burley Drive and 660, 640, 620, and 610 Inglewood Avenue.
Council considered the preliminary proposal on March 29, 2021 to determine if the proposal could procced prior to the completion of the Taylor Way Corridor Local Area Plan (LAP).
Subsequently, Council determined that the proposed development could not advance prior to the completion of the LAP. The timing regarding the initiation of the local area planning process is yet to be determined.
