In accordance with section 26 of the Community Charter (BC), the District of West Vancouver hereby gives notice of its intention to lease to West Vancouver Tennis Club (the “Tennis Club”), for a term of 10 years commencing January 1, 2025 and expiring December 31, 2034 (the “Term”), a portion of those lands located at 821 21st Street, West Vancouver and legally described as PID: 007-218-681, Lot 1 Blocks 7 to 12 District Lot 775 Plan 18043 (the “Lands”), for the purpose of operating a tennis club and tennis courts. The portion of the Lands to be leased to the Tennis Club is hatched and labelled “the Premises” on the adjacent plan.
