Brother's Creek Trail
The Brother's Creek trailhead is located at the top of Millstream Road, reached via Taylor Way and Eyremont Drive. Watch for a wooden signpost that announces Brother's Creek.
To reach the trail, first, ascend a rough fire road that follows the McNair Skidway as far as Brother's Creek. Turn north until you reach the Baden Powell Trail, a short distance from Millstream Road. From this point, the trail follows the west side of Brother's Creek up to the junction of the fire access road where it crosses over Brother's Creek and travels north to West Lake.
- Difficulty Level: Moderate
- Distance: 5 km roundtrip
- Elevation gain: ~350 metres
- Estimated completion time: 6 hours
Note: the bridge at the end of the Brother's Creek fire access road is washed out, apparently by a significant debris flow and high water in the creek sometime during the winter. Warning tape has been installed to alert hikers to the missing bridge.
Enjoy the outdoors, but stay apart.
