Development Application - Active Applications

The District has received a formal development application for a new single family dwelling at 2368 Bellevue Avenue.

The applicant is seeking approval for a development permit to allow for a new single family dwelling on the subject site. Additionally, the applicant is requesting zoning variances, as per proposed plans, to allow for new proposed flood protection retaining walls adjacent to the public seawalk.

The proposal is being considered under Ambleside Apartment Development Permit Area Guidelines BF-B 4 and Foreshore Development Permit Area Guidelines NE 2 in the Official Community Plan (OCP). The proposed development permit with variances requires Council approval.

Applicant-hosted public information meeting

The applicant is hosting a public information meeting for the proposed development permit with variances on Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Cedar Room, West Vancouver Community Centre located at 2121 Marine Drive, West Vancouver. The applicant will be available to provide information, answer questions, and seek public input on the proposal.
