Development Application - Active Applications

A development permit application has been received under Guidelines NE1 (Wildfire Hazard), NE6 (Steep Slopes), and NE13 (Watercourse Protection) of the Official Community Plan in order to subdivide the existing property into three lots under the existing RS10 zone. A rezoning is not required. 

Council has delegated the decision making authority of the proposed development permit to the Director of Planning and Development Services. Public notification prior to the Director's consideration of the development permit will be completed in accordance with the Development Procedures Bylaw. 

The application is under review with additional submission material requested. This page will be updated with revised information as it becomes available.
