From Klemtu, deep in the Great Bear Rainforest, Hayley Wallis brings a voice that is rich, textured and impossible to ignore. Since her 2022 debut album Halulu, she has hit #1 on NCI's Indigenous Music Countdown, landed on SiriusXM's Indigiverse and Poplandia, been named among Stingray's Top Indigenous Albums of 2023, and appeared on CBC's Road to the Junos — all while logging over 80 performances across BC and beyond, including the Vancouver Folk Music Festival and the Toronto and Victoria Jazz Festivals. Rooted in her Indigenous identity and driven by an expansive artistic vision, she performs not only for herself but for her children, her Nation and the young Indigenous creators who will follow her path. Please welcome Hayley Wallis.
