Art Market vendor applications for the 2026 Annual Harmony Arts Festival presented by Odlum Brown Limited, closed on Thursday, February 26, 2026  |  5 p.m.

The festival attracts more than 150,000 visitors over ten days, and the Art Market is a key feature, offering a commission-free and admission-free opportunity for artists and artisans to showcase and sell their original work.

Artists working in all media are welcome, including jewelry, photography, textiles, glass, painting, woodwork, ceramics, metal, mixed media, skincare and homewares, artisan foods, and sculpture.

The Art Market is located on Argyle Avenue between 14th and 16th Street along the Ambleside waterfront and is open during the following hours:

Application process

Completeness of your application is a consideration in the jury process. The online application is a guided step-by-step, user-friendly process: 

  • Create your Art Market applicant account
  • Pay the Harmony Arts Festival Art Market Jury Fee of $26.25 ($25 + tax) or call 604-925-7270, quoting #211443.
  • You will be required to enter the receipt number as part of your application.
  • Upload your artist bio (please note artist bios are to be written in the third person with a maximum count of 150 words), proof of payment and five high-resolution image files (maximum 5MB) and their corresponding title, medium, dimensions and price
  • Submit your application.
