3–8:30 p.m. – Kids’ zone
4:30 p.m. – Official Ceremony
4:45–5:30 p.m. – West Vancouver Youth Band (WVYB) performance
5:30–7 p.m. and 7:30–9 p.m.– Groove & Tonic performance
