Development Applications

The following is a list of development proposals in various stages of the development process.

Residents have the opportunity to be part of the development process by taking part in public information meetings, public hearings, or connecting with the District directly.

Preliminary Projects

Preliminary development proposals that are subject to Council’s Preliminary Development Proposal and Public Consultation Policy that are submitted prior to a formal development application.

Active Applications

Formal development applications that are actively under review prior to consideration.

Approved Applications

Formal development applications that have been approved by either Council or by the Director (as delegated by Council).

Archived Applications

Formal development applications that have been refused, been put on hold by the applicant, or that have not been acted on by the applicant for an extended period of time.
