July 2024 Update
The Director of Planning and Development Services considered and approved Environmental Development Permit (EDP) 24-050 amendment to EDP 22-108 on July 17, 2024.
Background
An application has been submitted for an amendment to approved Environmental Development Permit (EDP) 22-108 for 1590 Kings Avenue to allow for retention of an existing fence along the south property line of the site.
Modifications to the existing fence are proposed to meet the watercourse protection guidelines and a variance to the Zoning Bylaw is proposed to allow the fence to exceed the maximum permitted fence height.
