On July 4, 2011 Council approved a development proposal to allow for six duplexes and three lane-oriented coach houses (total of 9 strata units) at 2011 to 2075 Esquimalt Avenue. The approval introduced OCP Policy BF-B13 that designated the block where the site is located for infill housing to enable future rezoning applications to be considered that are consistent with the policy.
