Following public notification of this duplex proposal, the Director of Planning and Development Services approved this development permit on June 20, 2022.
March 2022 update
A development permit application for a duplex has been received for 2378 Marine Drive. The proposal is for a two-storey duplex with basement secondary suites and detached garages under the existing RD1 zoning.
The proposal involves demolishing the existing single-family dwelling to build the duplex, with driveway access from the lane.
The application is currently being reviewed by staff.
