376 Moyne Drive (Coach House DP)

Development Application - Active Applications

The District has received an application for a Coach House Development Permit at 376 Moyne Drive to facilitate the development of a detached secondary suite requiring variances to the zoning bylaw. The proposal is for a one-storey coach house with a basement.

The proposal includes the requested variances as per the proposed plans:

  1. To vary the gross maximum size of a coach house from 148.6 m2 to 290.91 m2.
  2. To vary the front yard setback from 9.1 m to 5.05 m.

Council has delegated the approval of Coach House Development Permits to the Director of Planning, Development and Environment Services, subject to public input. Please provide your written comments no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2025, to make them available to the Director for his consideration.
