July 2025 update
Construction is nearing completion for the building. Over the next couple of months, the civil site work will be underway in coordination with the Ministry of Transportation and Transit. This will include the sidewalks, separated bike path, curbing and catch basins, and completion of the parkette at the corner of Marine Drive and Taylor Way.

January 2022
On December 15, 2021 Council approved the development proposal for the 8-storey building. The approval also gave legal protection of the heritage resource at 660 Clyde Avenue.
