Development Application - Active Applications

A development permit has been received under Guidelines NE6 (Steep Slopes) of the Official Community Plan to enable subdivision of the existing property into four lots under existing zoning has been received. A rezoning is not required, and no variances to the zoning bylaw are proposed.

Council has delegated the decision making authority of the proposed development permit to the Director of Planning, Development Services and Environment, subject to public input. Please provide your written comments no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, to make them available to the Director for his consideration.
