Council approved this rezoning (and associated Development Permit 21-185) on July 24, 2023.
The development application allows for construction of a six-storey rental apartment building with a rooftop outdoor amenity level on the subject site. The development includes 201 "market rental" units with a total of 50 underground parking stalls.
The applicant has since decided to not proceed with the approved development.
