The District reviewed a preliminary development proposal for Lot 9 at Evelyn by Onni. The site is currently vacant and zoned for up to 8 single family dwellings and 8 duplexes (total 16 units). The preliminary proposal was to develop the site with 17 duplexes (total of 34 units).
The applicant held a Preliminary Public Consultation Meeting on November 19, 2024. Note: This was an applicant-led meeting and not a District event.
The next step will be for the applicant to submit a formal rezoning and development permit application.
