Welsh Hall East: 40 people (table, chairs, kitchenette, screen)
Welsh Hall West: 60 people (table, chairs, projector, sound system, blu-ray player, and assisted listening system)
McDonald Creek: 10 people (table, chairs, and audio visual display system)
Renters who are charging for a service are to provide a Certificate of Insurance with evidence of not less than $2 million Commercial General Liability naming the Corporation of the District of West Vancouver as additional insured.
