Hollyburn Cabin Area

Hollyburn Cabin Area is a 4.7-km all-seasons out-and-back trail near Cypress Bowl Road in West Vancouver. To access the Hollyburn Cabin area, drive up Cypress Bowl Road and park at the cross-country ski parking area. Depending on the season, either hike, snowshoe or cross country ski through the trail network. This backcountry area is for experienced hikers, skiers and snowshoers only. 

The first cabin on Hollyburn Ridge was built in the 1920s by intrepid friends who recognized its potential for skiing. Today, there are approximately 100 cabins located along Hollyburn Ridge, most accessed only by trail. In the winter months, the trails along Hollyburn Ridge are great for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, while the summer months provide excellent hikes to lakes, viewpoints and more.
