The owners of 11-3085 Deer Ridge Close have submitted an application to amend the previously approved development permit to allow for an accessory structure on the roof of the existing building.
A variance to maximum permitted height from 18.2 metres to 19.6 metres has been requested to allow for a roof-top accessory structure.
Council has delegated the approval of development permit amendments to the Director of Planning, Development, and Environmental Services, subject to public input. Please provide your written comments no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2026, to make them available to the Director for his consideration.
