The owner of 6330 & 6332 Argyle Avenue has submitted an application for a minor development permit to construct townhouses on the subject site.
The proposal would allow for a 6-unit, 2-storey with basement townhouse development to be located on the subject site. Vehicle access to attached single-vehicle garages is provided via a shared lane located on the west portion of the site. District boulevard trees on Argyle Avenue located adjacent to the subject site are proposed for retention. No variances to the Zoning Bylaw are proposed.
Proposed Plans
Council has delegated the approval of minor development permits to the Director of Planning, Development & Environment Services, subject to public input. Please provide your written comments no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 23, 2025 to make them available to the Director for his consideration.
