The owners of 6707 Nelson Avenue have submitted an application for a Minor Development Variance Permit to allow construction of an enclosed garage within the existing underground parkade. Minor Development Variance Permit 25-003 would allow for minor zoning variances to parking stall dimensions to allow for construction of an enclosed garage with the existing underground parkade as generally shown on the plans linked below.

Minor Development Variance Permits are delegated to the Director of Planning, Development, and Environment Services.
