2810, 2814 and 2818 Bellevue Avenue

Development Application - Active Applications Current Consultations

The District has received an application to rezone the foreshore area of 2810, 2814 and 2818 Bellevue Avenue from Marine Zone 1 (M1) to Single Family Dwelling Zone 4 (RS4). The current zoning boundary line follows outdated survey information and the new proposed zoning boundary follows the current highwater mark provided with updated survey data. The rezoning will alleviate the current 'split-zoning' situation and consolidate the properties with RS4 zoning.

A subsequent foreshore development permit to allow landscaping works on the southern portion of 2810 and 2814 Bellevue Avenue will also be reviewed (alongside a coach house development permit for 2814 Bellevue Avenue).

The applicant will be conducting a "Proposed Development Information Meeting" on Tuesday, May 19, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Lamoureux Architect Inc offices located at 3392 Marine Drive, West Vancouver. The public is invited to learn more about the proposal and provide their comments.
