Private Property Concern

The District of West Vancouver has bylaws in place to help protect and enhance the well-being of the community in relation to good neighbour practices.

The Good Neighbour Bylaw aims to help reduce nuisances, disturbances and other objectionable situations on private property.

If there is an issue you wish to inform staff, please fill out the form below. If the issue calls for an inspection, our inspectors will schedule a visit to the property.

Please note: If a private property's vegetation encroaches on another private property, it is a civil matter between the property owners.
